Karen has a beautiful, insightful soul, bringing a sense of calm & wellbeing to her sessions.
The atmosphere is comfortable, Karen is warm & puts you at ease as soon as you arrive, mindful guidance that you can apply to any stressful situation.
My daughter (teenager) & I find these sessions hugely beneficial, they bring you into the present, focusing your mind, creating a more calm, relaxed state of mind.
