Hello, I'm Karen.
I am a Mindfulness and Compassion practitioner and Mental Health First Aider with added training in Mindfulness for Children and Young Adults.
I OFFER 1:1 MINDFULNESS SESSIONS
MEN - WOMEN - YOUNG ADULTS, 18+
Online or in person - £40 per hour session in person or £35 online/video call.
For those only needing a 1/2 hour chat on the phone, to keep them on track, or for someone to talk to, I charge £17.
I am based in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. Please feel free to contact me via social media, on LinkedIn, or by email for more info. I cover Thurmaston to Melton and all the villages in between, in person. Happy to travel further, however, there will be an added fee. Nationwide-online.

There are no courses to enroll in or obstacles to overcome. I understand how crucial it is for individuals to seek greater insight and coping strategies for everyday situations. If you're a man, woman, or young adult who needs to discuss difficulties related to life, work, relationships, or simply your thoughts and feelings, I can help. I aim to ease your concerns, listen attentively, and encourage you to view your situation more clearly, recognising it for what it truly is rather than what you may fear it to be.
Whether on a one-off basis or regularly, or just whenever you need some support or someone to talk to to steady your nerves and calm your mind.

Please note I am also available to visit businesses to speak to staff on a 1:1 basis, ad-hoc or regularly to help calm any anxiety or worries they have at work, whether that's for a few hours or a designated day a week.
I focus on self-confidence and resilience, self-esteem, and support with anxiety and panic attacks. To help you feel better about yourself and gain the inner strength to cope better with challenging situations. I am a huge advocate of 'The Mindfulness Stop Technique', the ability to pause, think, focus, and take a breath before moving forward.
If you find yourself needing to talk to someone confidentially, please don't hesitate to reach out. Whether you're struggling with confidence, direction, or self-esteem, I'm here to help. I am compassionate and well-equipped to provide support and guidance. I understand that everyone faces challenges, and it's okay to seek help. You are not alone in your journey, and taking the step to reach out is a sign of strength and courage. Our conversations are private, ensuring you have a safe space to express yourself freely. Remember, taking care of your mental health is as important as taking care of your physical health. I'm here to listen, support, and help you find the clarity and peace you crave. The goal will be, to support you in finding a way through whatever struggles you are facing with calmness and more clarity.
