Hello, I'm Karen.
I am a Mindfulness and Compassion practitioner and Mental Health First Aider with added training in Mindfulness for Children and Young Adults, and mindfulness training for cancer support.

I OFFER 1:1 MINDFULNESS SESSIONS ONLINE - worldwide
MEN - WOMEN - YOUNG ADULTS, 18+
Online £40 per hour.
In person - £47 per hour session.
(I also visit and support people in their homes on an emotional level, mostly the elderly or those suffering with anxiety, low self-esteem, forms of autism or loneliness. I charge £40 for an hour and a half. At the moment (June 2026) I only have Thursdays free, in Leicestershire. I cover anywhere within a 20 or so minute drive from Melton. I am happy to stay longer than 90 minutes. This can be weekly, fortnightly or ad-hoc, 9-5).

There are no courses to enrol on, or obstacles to overcome. I understand how crucial it is for individuals to seek greater insight and coping strategies for everyday situations. If you're a man, woman, or young adult who needs to discuss difficulties related to life, work, relationships, or simply your thoughts and feelings, I can help. I aim to ease your concerns, listen attentively, and encourage you to view your situation more clearly, recognising it for what it truly is rather than what you may fear it to be.
Whether on a one-off basis or regularly, or just whenever you need some support or someone to talk to to steady your nerves and calm your mind.

BUSINESSES - MINDFULNESS FOR EMPLOYEES
Please note I am also available to visit businesses to speak to staff on a 1:1 basis, ad-hoc or regularly to help calm any anxiety or worries they have at work, whether that's for a few hours or a designated day a week.
I focus on self-confidence and resilience, self-esteem, and support with anxiety and panic attacks. To help you feel better about yourself and gain the inner strength to cope better with challenging situations. I am a huge advocate of 'The Mindfulness Stop Technique', the ability to pause, think, focus, and take a breath before moving forward.
If your staff find they need someone to talk to confidentially, please don't hesitate to reach out. Struggling with confidence, direction, or self-esteem, I'm here to help. I am compassionate and well-equipped to provide support and guidance. I understand that everyone faces challenges, and it's okay to seek help. Our conversations are private, ensuring they have a safe space to express themselves freely. Remember, taking care of your mental health is as important as taking care of your physical health. I'm here to listen, support, and help find the clarity and peace they crave. The goal is to support your staff in finding a way through whatever struggles they are facing.
